Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Rhinelander area. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and assist with store resets, all while reporting via a mobile app.

The role offers a flexible, local schedule with travel between nearby locations. No experience is required, as virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with the District Manager while working in stores.
