Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, set displays, rotate inventory, and maintain organized backrooms across assigned accounts in North Carolina. This role supports PepsiCo products and our growing beverage portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong math, communication, and reliability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Retail industry work experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong basic math skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Demonstrates reliable and consistent work habits.
Must meet PBV driving guidelines and maintain driving record acceptable per PBV’s Driving Policy.
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi and allied products across assigned accounts.
Maintains backroom inventory in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
Communicates issues, concerns, or opportunities to the supervisor and team.
Other duties as assigned.
