Job summary

Aunt Millie's Bakeries is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to join our retail team in Cadillac, MI. This role uses a company vehicle to service multiple store locations, stocking shelves and displays while delivering excellent customer service.

The position is part-time with varied hours. Candidates must pass a DOT physical, maintain a clean driving record, and be flexible for holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
• Must be at least 21 years old per DOT regulations.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including holidays.
• Strong customer service commitment.
• Self-motivated with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves and displays in retail stores.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Possess a clean driving record along with a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays.
• Exhibit self-motivation and initiative.

Driving Record: candidates cannot have convictions in the past three years on their driving record for DUI/DWI or similar alcohol/drug related offense, careless/reckless driving, chemical test refusal, driving after suspension (unless not notified), fleeing/eluding a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a stopped school bus, speeding 15 miles+ above the speed limit, or three or more driving violations (not including seat belt violations).
