Job summary

A leading service organization is seeking MCG Merchandisers to enhance sales through effective merchandising on the retail floor. Responsibilities include maintaining professional relationships, replenishing stock, and adhering to merchandising guidelines. Candidates must have merchandising experience, excellent communication skills, and digital capabilities for reporting. Opportunities for great pay, incentives, and advancement are provided. Qualifications

• Merchandising experience is required; retail apparel experience preferred.
• Must adhere to all dress code & store sign-in policies.
• Some weekday flexibility and occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with a computer, high-speed internet, printer, and email.
• Digital photo capture and online reporting via our system.
• Some weekday flexibility; occasional evenings or weekends.
• Background check required.

Job Description

MCG Merchandisers showcase brands and products on the retail selling floor to increase sales for our clients. Our merchandisers keep store fixtures filled and organized, visual displays looking great and regularly engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock & organize displays according to merchandising guidelines set forth by client & store specifications
• Attend all training seminars
• Develop creative ways to merchandise/sell the client’s products
