Job summary

JACENT is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to serve Madisonville, TX and surrounding communities. In this role you will be in about 17,000 stores, placing the right products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel to support the customer experience.

We offer daytime hours, a predictable schedule, 10–12 hours per week, quarterly incentives, paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, and advancement opportunities for motivated team players.

Qualifications

• A self-starter who learns quickly and works well independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and adaptable to different stores.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with store partners.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability for community-based work.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets and build attractive displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implement plan-o-grams to ensure proper product placement.
• Coordinate with store staff and manage travel between locations.
