Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Part Time Merchandiser to join our team in North Carolina. You will merchandise shelves, stock coolers, rotate inventory, and maintain organized backroom storage while moving products to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrates reliable and consistent work habits.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving guidelines and maintain driving record acceptable per PBV’s Driving Policy.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi and allied products across assigned accounts.
• Maintains backroom inventory in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
• Communicates issues, concerns, or opportunities to the supervisor and team.
• Other duties as assigned.
