Job summary

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to join our field team. You’ll place products, build displays, and partner with store personnel in communities across North America. The role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and relationship-building with in-store managers.

The position offers daytime hours with a flexible weekly schedule, including 5–20 hours per week, training provided, and mileage reimbursement for store travel. Candidates should live within 20 miles of Dothan, AL or Bainbridge, GA.

Qualifications

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing 3-8hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills.
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Dothan, AL and Bainbridge, GA.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Building retail displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
