Job summary

A premier service organization is seeking MCG Merchandisers to showcase brands and products on the retail selling floor. Responsibilities include building relationships with store management, replenishing stock, and organizing displays according to guidelines. Candidates must have merchandising experience and excellent communication skills. Flexibility for some evening and weekend work may be required. Qualifications

• Merchandising experience is a must; retail apparel experience preferred.
• Must adhere to all dress code and store sign-in policies.
• Ability to read and follow detailed directives.
• Proficient with computer, internet, printer and email.
• Digital photo capability and online reporting familiarity.
• Some weekday flexibility; occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
• Must pass background check.

Job Description

MCG Merchandisers showcase brands and products on the retail selling floor to increase sales for our clients. Our merchandisers keep store fixtures filled and organized, visual displays looking great and regularly engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Build & maintain a professional relationship with store management & personnel
• Replenish stock & organize displays according to merchandising guidelines set forth by client & store specifications
• Attend all training seminars
• Develop creative ways to merchandise/sell the client’s products
• Communicate effectively with MCG management
