Job summary

MCG is seeking Merchandisers to enhance product visibility and sales at retail outlets across the United States. Merchandisers will maintain store fixtures, create visually appealing displays, and engage with customers on the retail floor.

This role involves building professional relationships with store management, following merchandising guidelines, attending training seminars, and reporting results through our online system. Candidates need merchandising experience and must be available to work weekdays starting at 7 am. MCG promotes competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience is a must; retail experience is a plus.
• Must adhere to dress code and store sign-in policies.
• Availability to work weekdays starting at 7 am.
• Ability to submit same-day reports and photos online.

Job Description

MCG Merchandisers showcase brands and products on the retail selling floor to increase sales for our clients. Our merchandisers keep store fixtures filled and organized, visual displays looking great and regularly engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain a professional relationship with store management & personnel
• Replenish stock & organize displays according to merchandising guidelines set forth by client & store specifications
• Attend all training seminars
• Develop creative ways to merchandise/sell the client’s products
• Communicate effectively with MCG management
