Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring immediately for Merchandisers in Bakersfield to ensure products are stocked and merchandised on store shelves. In this role you will stock products safely in assigned stores, rotate and merchandise on displays, and maintain promotional spaces while delivering friendly, reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products with proper equipment.
• Own smartphone to support company tech requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products.
• Maintain product displays and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well with coworkers.
