Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring displays meet client standards and product placement is current.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits, and assisting with store refreshes. You will take photos with a mobile app and report to the District Manager while working in stores in your local market.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• 22017 COUNTY RD 271 WHEATLAND, MO 65779
• 22535 W Highway 54 Hermitage, MO 65668
• 11814 Ushwy 54 Weaubleau, MO 65774

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
