Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retailers in the Webb, MS area. You will independently manage store displays, ensure planogram compliance, and report results using a mobile app. The position offers a flexible schedule and local travel with mileage reimbursement.

No prior merchandising experience is required; we provide virtual training and ongoing support. You will work approximately 5–10 hours per week, with routes that may include 2060 Highway 49 E Webb, MS

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• 220 Highway 49 W TUTWILER, MS 38963

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
