Job summary

Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a Merchandiser to place products, build displays, and work with store personnel in local communities. The role emphasizes in-store collaboration, visual merchandising, and efficient routing across stores.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication, organization, and physical stamina. This position requires residing within 20 miles of Douglas, AZ, with daytime hours and a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and schedules.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing/walking 3–8 hrs, lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Must reside within 20 miles of Douglas, AZ.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
