Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service assigned retail locations in the New York area, ensuring displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update displays, and perform audits while traveling between sites with a flexible, local schedule.

The role offers starting pay at $16.00 per hour, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and optional early wage access. No prior experience required, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?

This route typically averages 12 hours per month. It includes service at the following locations:

• 1668 Rte 45, Fulton, NY
• 3391 Main St, Mexico, NY
• 4296 St Rt 104, Mexico, NY

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
