Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the assigned area within Alabama. You will ensure displays meet client standards, update planograms, and perform audits across multiple stores with independent scheduling.

The role offers starting pay and mileage reimbursement, with early wage access and a flexible schedule in your local market. Travel within territory is required with support provided.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• 635 Front Street Sulligent, AL 35586
• 4631 Hwy 278 Sulligent, AL 35586
• 65563 Highway 17 Detroit, AL 35552

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
