Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits and reporting via a mobile app, and travel between locations with mileage reimbursement.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with flexible local hours, early wage access, and access to a 401(k) with company match when eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work independently and report accurately via mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus
• Able to communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand and carry out written instructions

What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
