Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in your assigned territory. You will stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and assist with store refreshes while reporting via a mobile app.

No prior experience required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided. Competitive starting pay of $13.00 per hour, with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, plus a flexible schedule in your local market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

This routetypically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• 2052 HIGHWAY 145 N QUITMAN, MS 39355
• 403 S Archusa Ave Quitman, MS 39355
• 12775 Highway 18 W Pachuta, MS 39347

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
