Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations in the greater Cincinnati area, including Springdale, OH, and surrounding cities. You will independently ensure displays meet client standards, stock shelves, update planograms, and complete audits using a mobile app.

Flexible, part-time hours average ~5–10 hours weekly, with travel between locations and virtual training provided. No prior merchandising experience is required; you will receive onboarding, ongoing support,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
