Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the Shenandoah, PA area. The role involves stocking shelves, updating displays, and conducting audits across several local stores, with reporting via mobile app.

You will build relationships with store staff, travel within the territory, and provide timely updates to the District Manager. No prior merchandising experience is required—training is provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to report via a mobile device with timely, accurate reporting.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management

Benefits

• Starting pay: $13.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
