Position Overview:

Coke Florida is looking for a Part‑Time Merchandiser to work in Vero Beach/ Sebastian and the surrounding markets. This part‑time role can have a flexible schedule and may be limited to weekends if needed.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Merchandiser, you will be responsible for replenishing, merchandising products at all designated accounts. You will be the primary Coke Florida associate in customer accounts, continuously stocking Coke Florida products to meet consumer needs while maintaining customer relationships across all sales channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
  • Manage back‑stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
  • Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow‑up.
  • Maintain professional relationships with co‑workers, customers, and shoppers.
  • Ensure accounts meet merchandising standards, properly facing and spinning product per applicable guidelines.
  • Conduct store surveys.
  • Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to appropriate parties.
  • Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products in designated accounts.
  • Organize back‑room inventory in an orderly manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor, and shelves.
  • Transport, replace, and maintain point‑of‑sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Work overtime as assigned.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Identify and report any unsafe working conditions.
  • Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards.
  • Work shifts and work schedules as assigned.
Qualifications:

For this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Personal vehicle for use during employee working hours, with valid driver’s license and required vehicle liability insurance.
  • Proficient computer application skills.
  • Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product; certification required if applicable.
  • Valid driver’s license and clear driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years*.
  • Explanation of major and minor moving violations and their evaluation criteria.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or 1‑2 years of college/university education.
  • 1+ year of previous sales or merchandising experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to use and understand mobile applications.
  • Experience working independently or under minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
  • Repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance frequently.
  • Repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including kneeling, squatting, reaching above the head, at the waist, below the knees, and bending at the knees, frequently.
  • Repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (e.g., pallet jack or hand truck) containing up to 100 pounds of product, up to a minimum of 100 yards, frequently.
  • Repetitively grasp and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.
  • Expose to sustained physical effort to complete job activities.
  • Read information in small, medium, and large print.
  • Stand for a minimum of 8 hours during the workday, up to 10 hours.
  • Walk for a minimum of 4 hours during the workday.
  • Frequently work in a hot or humid indoor environment.
  • Use an audio headset to listen to directions in English.
