Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a frontline merchandiser to ensure products are on store shelves in Salina, Kansas. You will stock shelves safely, merchandise and rotate products, and maintain displays while delivering strong customer service to shoppers and cooperating with team members.

The role offers $16/hour with paid training and opportunities for advancement; applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and access to transportation. Physical lifting of up to 35 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products as needed.
• Maintain product displays and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well with coworkers.

What We Look For
