Job summary

Schwan's is hiring merchandisers to ensure our products are on store shelves for grocery shoppers. You will safely stock, merchandise, rotate products, and maintain promotional displays.

This part-time role (~20 hours/week: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun) includes mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. You will provide excellent customer service and collaborate with store teams.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company tech.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
