Job summary

Schwan's Company in Richmond, VA is hiring part-time Merchandisers to stock and merchandise our products in local grocery stores. The role includes setting up displays and ensuring shelves are stocked for shoppers.

You will provide friendly customer service, work with store teams, and help promote popular brands like Red Baron, Tony’s, and Freschetta. Requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• 18 years or older with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Immediately Hiring Merchandisers

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
