Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations within your area, ensuring displays meet client standards and planograms are current. This role is independent, local, and requires reliable transportation.

You will stock shelves, update displays, conduct audits, and report via a mobile app, building relationships with store staff while traveling between sites in your market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

About Footprint Solutions: For more than 20 years, Footprint Solutions has partnered with some of the nation's leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. We help retailers keep their stores organized, stocked, and customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
