Job summary

Footprint Solutions seeks a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

The route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at 42620 Hwy. 2 Ravenna, NE 68869. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
