Job summary

The Swan Food Company is hiring Merchandisers to stock product on store shelves and set up promotional displays at grocery stores across the Phoenix area. This role offers flexible part-time hours and hands-on training.

You will safely stock items, rotate products, display promotions, and provide friendly customer service while working with store teams. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, along with access to a smartphone for company tech.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Age 18 or older.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
