Job summary

Jacent is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Pasadena, CA. You will manage in-store displays, build plan-o-grams, and rotate impulse items across 18,500+ stores with a predictable daytime schedule.

Earn $19–$20 per hour, 20–25 hours weekly, with paid training, mileage and travel time paid, and cell phone reimbursement. This role requires mobility within 10 miles of 91103 and strong communication with store personnel.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication with store personnel and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple displays and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets and build retail displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implement plan-o-grams.
• Assist with in-store execution across partner locations.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
