Footprint Retail Services is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations in Paducah, KY. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and perform audits while working independently in stores. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with a flexible schedule and local routes.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, plus travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. This role typically averages ~5 hours per week in most locations, with some areas at 10 hours weekly, and offers benefits like

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise

Updating planograms and product displays

Completing audits, surveys, and reporting

Assisting with store refreshes and resets

Applying security tags and labels

Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app

Building professional relationships with store associates and management

Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Qualifications :

Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks

Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high

Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.

Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
