Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and submit reports via a mobile app in a flexible local market.

Position requires 18+ years old, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the territory. Training is provided, and you’ll work independently with strong communication to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?

This routetypically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• 2831 US HIGHWAY 52 W WEST LAFAYETTE, IN 47906

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
