Job summary

The Swan Food Company is hiring Merchandisers to ensure products are available on store shelves and properly displayed. This part-time role focuses on stocking, rotating inventory, and creating attractive promotions while delivering friendly customer service in assigned stores.

Estimated to work Saturdays and Sundays with mileage reimbursement and paid training, this position offers growth opportunities within a growing brand portfolio including Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta, Mrs.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and handle frozen products safely.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores


• Merchandise and rotate product


• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays


• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)


• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older


• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment


• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements


• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
