Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a part-time position focused on stocking and merchandising in Kentucky stores, with Saturdays and Sundays as the scheduled days. You will ensure products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers, safely stocking and rotating items, and setting up promotional displays.

Ideal candidates have grocery experience (not required), a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products with proper equipment.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology and meet pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Stock products safely in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products; maintain product displays.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure shelf space is clear.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well with coworkers.

What We Look For:
