Job summary

Footprint Solutions Limited is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in Morganton, NC. You will stock shelves, update displays, and submit reports via a mobile app while traveling within the local market.

This role offers flexible hours, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and early wage access. Training is provided, with no prior merchandising experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely mobile reporting.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
• Physically able to move in stores and lift up to 40 pounds

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise

• Updating planograms and product displays

• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting

• Assisting with store refreshes and resets

• Applying security tags and labels

• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app

• Building professional relationships with store associates and management

• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory

• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus

• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel

• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks

• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high

• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.

• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
