Job summary

Schwan's Company in Meridian, Mississippi, is hiring part-time Merchandisers to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers. The role focuses on stocking, merchandising, and maintaining promotional displays while delivering friendly customer service.

The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays (~16 hours per week) with mileage reimbursement and paid training. No formal retail experience required, but reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 35 pounds

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone for company technology requirements.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For:

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
