Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a part-time grocery associate in Maple Grove, MN. You will stock products on store shelves, merchandise, rotate stock and help create attractive displays while delivering friendly service to shoppers.

Eligible applicants are 18+, must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within Schwan's distribution network.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Access to a smartphone for company requirements.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Stock products safely in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product to maintain shelf space.
• Set up promotional displays and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well with co-workers.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
