Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a part-time Stock Associate to ensure our products are available on store shelves. You will stock products, merchandise and rotate items, and set up promotional displays while maintaining space and display quality.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and collaborating with coworkers to meet store goals. Qualifications include a 18+ age requirement, a valid driver's license, smartphone access, and the ability to pass background/drug checks.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
