Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking immediate Merchandisers to stock and display our popular retail brands.You will ensure products are available on store shelves for shoppers and maintain promotional displays.

The role is part-time (about 15 hours/week, weekends with potential for additional weekday shifts) with mileage reimbursement and paid training. Candidates should be 18+, have a valid license, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products as needed.
• Access to a smartphone for company technology requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Stock products safely in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products on shelves.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays.
• Provide courteous customer service and work well with coworkers.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
