Job summary

Jacent Strategic Merchandising in Hailey, ID seeks a Merchandiser to place the right products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel in communities across North America. You will work daytime hours with a predictable schedule and paid training, enabling you to develop in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Jacent merchandiser, you’ll handle merchandising resets, clip strips and J-hooks, and plan-o-grams, while meeting physical requirements and driving store-level impact.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing/walking 3–8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets and building displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
• Maintaining accurate in-store presence and product placement.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
