Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and merchandise products at local retail locations. This flexible role is ideal for students or as a supplemental income, with shifts typically in the 1–6pm or 4–9pm window and weekends required.

Expect 25–30 hours per week at $19.36 per hour. You will maintain displays, assist customers, and communicate opportunities to management while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of merchandising, stocking, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; must be insurable to operate a vehicle; personal vehicle or reliable transportation to travel to each assigned account; ability to obtain and maintain industry licensing.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products in coolers, displays, vending equipment, and shelves.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and backroom areas.
• Clean coolers, vending machines, shelving, and other product locations.
• Identify sales opportunities and secure displays with store management and the G&J Pepsi team.
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate pricing, product, and merchandising opportunities to management.
• Assist with product ordering as needed.
• Complete required logs, mileage reports, and other documentation.
• Handle, stock, and organize alcohol products when applicable.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule

• Part-time: 25-30 hours per week
• 3-5 Days/week - possible shifts include 1-6pm or 4-9pm
• Weekends required
• Additional hours and overtime may be available based on business needs
• Must maintain reliable attendance

What You'll Do
