Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring Merchandisers in Fort Wayne, IN. This part-time role ensures our Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta, and other brands are stocked and showcased on store shelves.

You will safely stock products, merchandise and rotate displays, set up promotions, and provide friendly service while working with store teams. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 35 pounds are needed. Mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Access to a smartphone for company tech requirements.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
