Job summary

Footprint Retail Services in Maryland seeks a Merchandiser to service retail locations in the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and assist with store resets while building relationships with store staff.

The role offers a flexible schedule, local travel within the territory, early wage access, and 401(k) with company match where eligible. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week . It includes service at the following locations:

Physical Requirements

Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks

Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high

Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.

Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
