Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to support retailers in keeping stores organized, stocked, and customer-ready. The role involves stocking shelves, updating displays, and reporting via a mobile app from multiple local locations around Decorah, IA.

No prior merchandising experience is required. Training is provided, with a starting pay of $13.00 per hour and travel/mileage reimbursement between locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
