Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking Merchandisers to service retail locations within an assigned territory, ensuring displays meet client standards. Work independently in stores across your area, performing merchandising tasks and reporting via mobile app.

Requirements include 18+ years old, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow written instructions. Training and support are provided. This role offers flexible local schedule and travel time compensation.

For more than 20 years, Footprint Solutions has partnered with some of the nation's leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. We help retailers keep their stores organized, stocked, and customer-ready .

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week . It includes service at the following locations:

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
