Job summary

Footprint Solutions in Columbia, TN is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating displays, audits, and reporting via a mobile app.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. Flexible local schedule, 401(k) with company match when eligible, and no prior experience required with virtual training and ongoing

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
