MCG is looking for a dedicated individual to join our retail merchandising team in Albany, New York. The role involves replenishing stock, organizing merchandise, and developing relationships with store management.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a flexible schedule to work, including weekends. Reliable transportation is also required as high-speed internet access is necessary for reporting and training.

Job Description

• Replenish stock, organize, and display merchandise by specifications.
• Merchandise/sell products by maintaining the best real estate and through helping customers.
• Develop relationships with store management, sales staff, and merchandising team.
• Provide market intelligence: new products, customer’s needs, visual/fixture presentations, marketing strategies, and any other useful intelligence.
• Follow store policies which include dress code adherence and sign-in procedures.

Qualifications
