Job summary

Schwan's Company in Brimfield Township, OH is seeking a part-time merchandiser to ensure Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizzas and Mrs. Smith's® desserts stay stocked and promoted on store shelves, driving shopper visibility.

You will stock, merchandise, rotate products, and set up promotional displays while delivering friendly service and working well with coworkers. Lifting up to 35 pounds and reliable transportation are required along with a valid driver’s license and smartphone access.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
