Job summary

Footprint Solutions is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The route typically averages 5 hours per week but may vary by location.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. The role offers flexible scheduling in your local market and early wage access. Training is provided with ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate, timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assistingwith store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Wherewill you work?

This routetypically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• 15560 W State Highway 29 Liberty Hill, TX 78642
• 406 E Polk St Burnet, TX 78611

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory

• Previous merchandisingor retail experience isplus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
