Job summary

Footprint Solutions Limited is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Atlantic City area. You will stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and help with store resets while reporting results via a mobile app.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a flexible local schedule. Prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus, and travel within the territory is required.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

For more than 20 years, Footprint Solutions has partnered with some of the nation's leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. We help retailers keep their stores organized, stocked, and customer-ready.

What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
