Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and efficient product flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership during shifts.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
• Train, coach, and develop team members in assigned departments.
• Support inventory control and in-stock optimization.
