Job summary

The UW-Stevens Point Counseling Center seeks a Part‑Time Mental Health Therapist to provide short‑term counseling, assessment and crises intervention to students, under the supervision of the Director of Counseling Center.

This university staff, temporary (15–20 hours/week), starts at $50 per hour and is commensurate with education and experience. Required: Master’s degree in counseling, clinical social work, or marriage and family therapy, plus Wisconsin licensure or eligibility (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
• Current Wisconsin state licensure or eligibility for LPC/LCSW/LMFT; supervision may be available.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
