Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a part-time Residential Advisor for Mental Health Residential Services in Sellersville, PA.

You will partner with residents on daily living skills, provide recovery-oriented counseling, and maintain documentation and safety measures. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation when needed, conducting crisis interventions, and ensuring program safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and maintenance of good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with residents in independent living skills (cooking, menu planning, grocery shopping, money management, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene).
• Coach/supervise residents in daily activities and link to community transportation resources as needed.
• Provide recovery-oriented counseling using active listening and motivational techniques.
• Maintain documentation of resident activity and progress; communicate concerns to supervisory staff.
• Maintain medication logs and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of assigned areas; conduct fire drills and follow program policies.
